Horses

I love horses they are the coolest animal in the world.There is a web site called Bellasara.com it has all kinds of horses.You can become a member for free.You can by cards and enter the code at the bottom of the card and you will get the horse vertualy all of the horses are magical.

Gardening with dad

Dad and I have a garden. We have tomatoes, potatoes, sweet peas, green beans, radishes, red onions, white onions, carrots, collard greens and all kinds of peppers in it.

When we started it, we had to use a pitch fork to break up the ground then we had to till it and I got to help. I help dad in it every day and we have a lot of fun.

I sneak radishes out of it and I even pulled up an onion and washed it off and ate it and I don't even like onions but it was very sweet. Fresh veggies in the garden are awesome to eat. The garden is organic because dad does not use chemical fertilizers and pest killers in it.

The other day we found a baby possum my dog, Doc had found hiding under some wood. Dad grabbed it with his hand and we put it in a bucket and took it out to a park by the river and released it.

We found another baby possum a couple of days later but it had died.

We also went kayaking to help save Spring Creek in Mertzon, TX. Dad donated food and he and Karen cooked it and arranged to give away a free kayak during the clean up of Spring Creek. We paddled around and picked up trash and fished all day. It was a lot of fun and dad really does a lot because he likes to help the environment.

I could stand on her and she would not move a muscle.

New Years Day Fishing 1-1-09

Today dad, Karen and I went fishing on the Concho river here in San Angelo.

It was a lot of fun and we caught 5 Rainbow Trout.

We were using Berkley Power Bait for Trout:

Dad put them on the smoker and smoked them over mesquite wood:




Then we had Rainbow Trout for dinner!! I don't like fish so I had a sandwich. haha





It was a fun day of fishing. Even though I don't like to eat fish, I like to catch them and let my dog, Doc, sniff them and have fun.

My Dog

Doc is my dog's name. He is part Dalmation and part Pit Bull. He's a great dog that loves to play. His birthday is May 12th. We adopted him from the humane society.
